We have activities and events planned for each of the 10 days. However, If you feel like there is too much free time on your hands, we can offer suggestions on local places to go. Note that any activities, attractions, meals, and transportation you do on your own are not included in the price.
Unfortunately, we cannot predict what the weather will be like during our trip. If you are attending one of our trips in December, January, February, or March it will most likely be chilly. It may rain or snow.

Questions regarding hotels and accommodation.
Booking is based on a twin share. If you will be traveling with your significant other, friend, or family member, let us know when you book and we will do our best to ensure you get a room together. If you are traveling alone, we will pair you up with a same-sex roommate or, if you do not want to share a room, you can upgrade to a private room, but please note that we do not cover room upgrades. If you choose to upgrade to a private room, you are responsible for the cost. We provide you with a hotel room from the outlined arrival date to the outlined departure date. We do not cover your hotel for any nights outside of the period stated above. You are responsible for any additional nights spent in a hotel during your stay.
You will be staying in a hotel in the heart of Prague. We work with 8 different 3.5 to 4.5 star boutique hotels in Prague. You will be staying in one of these hotels, depending on their availability. We will send you an outline, itinerary, and where we will be staying before you jet off for your trip.
We have great accommodations booked for you. You will be sleeping in twin share rooms in a centrally located hotel.
Questions regarding airfare and flights.
The trip price does not include your airfare to and from Prague. We do not include your airfare in the price of your trip because we want you to have the choice when booking your airfare. Whether you want to compare the lowest fare or book first-class airfare on your own, we leave the choice up to you.
The choice is yours! We do recommend you book your flights for the dates we have specified (see outlined arrival and departure dates). We only offer airport pickup on the outlined arrival date and airport drop off on the outlined departure date. If you decide to fly in earlier or leave later, you are responsible for your transportation to and from the airport.
Most likely. However, we are not responsible for your air travel or changes to your flight. Contact your airline if you have questions about your flight.
Please consult your doctor to find out which vaccinations are required. If you suffer from any form of illness or are taking a prescribed medication, be sure to have an adequate supply of medicines before departing on your trip. You must advise us directly of any important medical conditions you may have before you depart.
You must have a passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the date you depart on your trip. You do not need a visa to visit Prague from the United States of America.
Questions regarding luggage and packing.
Contact your airline for information on how much luggage you can bring, luggage sizes they allow, and their prices.
Note: baggage is carried at your own risk and baggage insurance is strongly recommended.
Airlines are all different and change their rules a lot. Call your airline or check their website for the most up-to-date information.
We recommend you bring warm clothes, a coat or jacket, a travel plug adapter, and comfortable shoes (we will be doing a lot of walking). We will also be attending the theater on one of the nights, so we recommend you bring a formal dress or dress shirt and pants to wear.
We will recommend the best days on your trip to get some laundry done based on the trip schedule. We can also point you to the nearest laundromat. Some hotels offer laundry services as well. Laundry services are not included in the price.
Questions regarding restaurants and food.
Meals included in the price are breakfast, dinner, and afternoon coffee and cakes. Lunches are not included. One lunch at the Lobkowicz Palace is included in the price. Alcoholic Beverages are not included.
We will be dining on delicious Czech cuisine at restaurants including Lokál U Bílé Kuželk, U Medvídků, U Glaubiců, U Zavěšenýho Kafe, U Fleků, Krčma U Krále Brabantského, and Středověká krčma. One of the dinners will be a medieval feast with all you can drink wine and beer which will take place in a Medieval Cavern. We will stop in for afternoon coffee and cakes at Café Mozart, Café Louvre, Grand Café Orient, Café Savoy, and Café Imperial.
Questions regarding money.
It depends on your personal spending habits. Your hotel room, daily breakfast and dinner, admission to museums and attractions, and public transportation are all included in the trip price. You are responsible for any additional costs such as alcoholic beverages, buying souvenirs, going out at night, or hitting the shops. A good rule of thumb is to budget about 100 USD per person per day of travel.
We do not recommend Traveler’s checks. Bring a credit card, a debit card, and some US dollars. Make sure you contact your bank (and credit card companies) before your trip to let them know you are going to be using your cards abroad (and ask if they charge any fees for doing so). If you need local currency, check to see what fees your bank may charge for pulling cash from an ATM. We can assist you with exchanging money, ensuring you get a good deal.
Questions regarding cancelation policies and refunds.
We do not allow changes or rescheduling. If you must cancel, we will not refund your money regardless of the reason for cancelation. If the trip is canceled due to not having enough people (we need at least 8 people to sign up by August 15, 2017) we will refund those who have already booked spots.
Contact us directly to inform us of your cancelation. Please note that since we book everything in advance (Hotel, theater, hockey game, etc.) we will not refund your money. If you cannot make it and decide to have a friend or family member go in your place, contact us so we may transfer your spot over to them.
If you must cancel for any reason, including illness, injury, or death of you or a traveling companion or family member, you will not receive a refund. We book and pay for all hotel rooms, theater seats, and tickets in advance. Since everything is prepaid, we do not offer any refunds.
Please contact us as soon as possible to notify us of your cancelation. We do not offer refunds or reimbursement in the event of a cancelation. You may transfer your spot to one of your friends or family members if you wish.
No. There is no reimbursement for cancelling due to weather predictions.
If you cannot complete the trip and must return home early due to reasons including but not limited to illness, emergency, or injury, we will not refund your money.
